The most critical time for a company beginning production is commissioning and the approx 3 months b/n selling the product and receiving the money in the bank. This is when there is a large call on cash with no income, where plant and equipment do not work to spec and when "unknown unknowns" occur.
Often a sp can fall dramatically at this point of time.
OZL have been very consistent in only paying a price that does not destroy shareholder value.
On another note, SFR, are streets ahead of CDU as far as production go. Well done to SFR to get the company to where ti currently is.
