    The cash flows estimated for SFR are -

    Pre tax $330- $350 mill. per annum.

    We could use that to pay off a loan of $1bill. minus the $400mill capex in 3 years.( if we decided to keep our current war chest intact)

    Pretty attractive figures.

    Plus the upside of the continued exploration which is looking highly likely to expand the known resource.
