We have a few options available to us (all are doable as you say)
I still think this consolidation has got something to do with moping up the SFR shares we don't already own.
As a very successful mining co. OZL should not be scared of taking on some debt to obtain the near term growth we desire. I know debt is a dirty word for all shareholders but what we have to consider is that after the convertible notes were dealt with we are now one of the few miners who have no debt at all.
TB has got something cooking.(would be nice to know what it is.)
