I've see this sort of thing happen before in real estate sales then an attempted resale on big projects on the gold coast back in the 80s.
If Charger 2$ company had the funds ,then those funds would have been pre arranged by the financial institution ( of lender).However I'll bet London to a brick that this deal was to be as follows
charger to settle with ady and re sell to another company simulataneously and that ady directors did not need to know about the resale.
How on earth would Charger develop the lithium project if it could not even purchase the tennaments.
I still believe the best thing is administaration everything is laid out and all assets sold debt paid and remainder paid to shareholders.
Any opinions?
