Ive posted this before its just the old pump and dump situation its been happening for ages to CNP its very market sensitive any move in any direction draws intrest as soon as it starts going up people think their is something they don't know and start buying up big. Similarly when it starts dropping people sell and those day trading the stock make bucket loads. I guess there just simply isn't enough to be made holding long on stocks atm
