pescefritte - with all due respect, insider trading laws do not prevent this - they deter it. There are a lot that get caught doing so if you have been watching the news lately but there a lot that do not. I am certainly not insinuating that anyone from within the fine managemnt team of our company would do this - Im just saying that in general, we cannot say that insider trading laws prevent it from happening all together.
