    No cash no action.

    What ever is the price of GridComm, ODN will pay it. Well, we, Sh will pay it one way another.

    They want to get listed fast, and odn is the deal.

    Aus is rich, they will not have problem attracting new cash into gridComm once it is listed.

    Imo, Deal is on, it will go ahead. Even ryg is taking its time.
