    Hello JimK.

    Welcome to the IMP team.

    Good question Jim.

IMP have researched and field tested and designated 150 likely successful drill spots on their 10,000 acre tenement near Carrolltown PA.

This exploratory work was done over 2 years ago.

They then drilled 20 of those spots using a Contractor and contracted drilling rig ...over the past 18 months and as you know all 20 wells were 100% commercially successful.

Within two months of each successful well, IMP have it piped into the nearby North American Gas Grid and it starts making nice $$$cash flow straight away.

Now IMP have advanced a long way over the past 2 years and have acquired other successful Nat Gas Companies at bargain prices and gained 130+ extra-already-piped-and-performing gas wells ...AND a valuable high speed Drilling Rig of their very own!

So ...now they don't need any expensive Contractor's because they have their own drilling rig and experienced drilling crew ...as we have just witnessed over this past month with the recent 3 successful gas wells.

Now we have 15 more to go at an average drill and reporting rate ...in good sunny weather ...of around 7 to 10 days ...which is very nice for IMP shares.

So ...let's see now (calculating) ...15 more wells x say, 10 days each = 150 days, at the outside estimation. If they get a good run in the Summertime weather they will probably finish this current round of drilling in say, 100 days ...or around 2-3 months. Hold onto your seat belts for the ride!!

Now that would leave 112 drill spots left for next years drilling season, unless they can do some extra drilling in Autumn and into early winter before it snows too much.

Very likely ...a couple of years in drilling this current paddock, according to my calculations.

The Pennsylvania area where IMP are drilling has a statistical 95% success rate for new Gas Wells being drilled.

So, all the odds are on IMP's side at present.

With the $14 mil windfall coming to IMP from the successful sale of their BMX share holding to Cristal ...their bottom line is looking rosey.

Not only that ...but Nat Gas ...even though it is summer time in the USA ...has soared in price from around $7+ a few months ago ...to now $12+ per Mcf today!

What the price for Nat Gas will be in wintertime for IMP is delerious to contemplate ...along with the current flow of good news.

    Warm regards,
    Mr Muzz
