From what i understand THX the Nat Gas wells in Pennsylvania flow like a parabolic curve.
ie; they have excellent release pressure for the first 2 years and then taper down in pressure over the next 40 years.
So, the older 130+ wells that they have would be on slower release than these current 23 they now have which are under 18 months in age.
However, with 150 positive drill locations already identified and ready to go ...the influx of the new high pressure release wells should have a very positive effect on the $$$IMP company bottom line.
It will be interesting to see the positive $14mil kick in later this month or early July from the sale of BMX shares to IMP.
I sent a couple of emails to IMP headquarters today ...asking them what is proposed for the $14 mil.
eg: pay off the total debt of $9mil and be gas-flow-cash-flow positive, was one of my suggestions.
