Yes Imperial ...i noticed a 2,000,000 purchase at 15 right close to the bell this afternoon.

I am a bit of casual chartist as well and it has been interesting for me watching IMP, waiting and wondering when it was going to fill that pesky 14 gap.

Well after just a little over 3 months ...it did it today.

Never ceases to amaze me how gaps get filled eventually.

Anyway, another thing about gaps is that they often trigger a bounce higher, especially if they get a double or tripple base testing bounce.

If that happens IMP will fly up through the 20 into the mid 20's at least.

If they land some very prospective Marcellus dirt to drill, and start using their own rig and a little of their great cash reserves and $100mil Macquarie Bank line of credit ...they should go through the 3cents.

You see ...when it comes to recession resistant stocks ...IMP is good buying, because as winter draws near (only a month away now) ...those Yanks like to turn up their thermostats to keep warm ...no matter how few dollars they have left on their credit cards.
