Can they apply for a coal exploration license? just to cover...

Can they apply for a coal exploration license? just to cover themselves with the current market sentiment regarding uranium. With such a large land holding and a large presence of coal in the region it might not be such a bad idea? I dont know how the process works and perhaps its out of the question, just thinking out loud.
these guys have to much potential for what their current m/c represents, i bought more just before the nuclear crisis and have buggered my average as a result however am happy to hold for a while because im sure the share price will come back stronger than ever!
