A JV !! Somebody has a $100m + worth of kit and says let’s do a deal 50 50. To be be full scale production is prob $400m ++ but to prove the concept I will run with 100 and be nice. And you trade at what market cap ? Oh 1.3 cents with billions of shares on issue, raised by pump online brokers that nobody has ever heard of !!! Anyway
