AK: Looking at what we've seen now of Mexico what do you think is the least economic impact that can occur from it, from where we stand now?

WM: Well my view is that the mild scenario is already happening. In our mild scenario we build up a number of different shocks and the biggest impact actually wasn't that coming from people getting sick or dying, which was morbidity and mortality. The biggest shock was people panicking and changing their spending behaviour and that's by far the biggest impact of these pandemics. It's not the loss of life, although the human toll's enormous. It's the fact that people just totally change their behaviour and that is where the economic consequences come from.
