Given that it looks like Amazon is coming to Australia question is will this affect BBN's expansion plans? I would think the cots and car seats might be ok given they are bulky goods but I am worried about the overall impact Amazon will have on BBN.
Also when I read the reviews of product review on BBN its slightly worrying. I realise product review at times needs to be taken with a grain of salt but there is a theme with the feedback regarding customer service. If BBN really fault with customer service more and more people will turn to Amazon.
