BBN will be interesting, parents (in particular new mothers) love to buy expensive products and love to try/see before they buy. The danger will be that if Amazon sells the exact same models, but cheaper, they will try at BBN and buy online. My wife has done that with some products (at all sorts of stores) and it could squeeze margins.
It concerns me to hear that their customer service is poor. My only experiences in their stores with their staff was quite poor as well.
