I'd argue Amazon will likely be able to beat BBN on price in time so BBN would b better off focusing on customer service - plenty of parents come into the stores looking for advice on prams and car seats etc. as a customer, I think they could do better in this area - the staff they have are normally good but they never seem to have enough of them, have walked out of the store several times because I couldn't find someone to help us.
