I think the key is that the sell recommendations were based on what was known when pen was put to paper on his report/recommendations.

I guess the thing to remember is that whenever there is uncertainty floating about, a sell recommendation might be seen as a safe option, or a good entry point, depending on what happens next...

However, a few key announcements and the whole picture could change...

If it opens with no good announcements, and the SP falls to 10c, everyone will say he was right all along.

However, if next week a favourable DMR decision is announced, BFS is released, Xstrata sign up and the price of PGM's doubles.... we'll see the share price at $2 and everyone will say he was wrong all along....

He made a recommendation based on what he knew at the time of writing...

What happens tomorrow will determine whether he was right or not.
