I've been watching WPR for several months and considering jumping in at current prices but have one question I'm struggling to research even after reading through the Annual Report, Website, etc. Is anyone here willing to share their views on what impact the eventual adoption of electric vehicles might have on the value of WPR's properties and therefore share price?
The annual report (page 13) mentions: "Waypoint REIT have supported VEA’s partnership with Evie Networks for electric vehicle charging stations through the provision of easements and landowner consents supporting the supply of electricity and installation of the charging infrastructure at five Waypoint REIT sites."
... but this is all I can find in reference to EV's. The issue isn't even identified as a Risk in the report - perhaps I'm jumping at shadows?
I understand the timeframe for any such impact will be measured in years... but any thoughts is appreciated.
