Couple of short-term things to consider is the ex-div date comes around early next week and will also probably coincide with news about the recent sale settlement and how the proceeds will be used.
Also a new CFO is imminent and I'm hoping this gives an indication of the future direction in acquisitions, given the discussion and the last presentation.
I really quite like this boring REIT.....
