Thanks again ... Yes, I saw the Div Report come out yesterday and it's good to see some stable quarterly dividends coming through (part of the attraction TBH)... but wasn't aware of the CFO situation. REIT's haven't really been an area of focus for me but this really does look attractive and oversold. My only hesitation is whether the general market movements will drag the price down lower in the short term (more than the value of the Div, which is probably already priced in)... but the plan is for a longer term holding so it's more a matter of how many. Might be a dollar cost average situation I think.
