The locations of Waypoints properties are valuable whether they be petrol stations or prospective development sites. If you haven’t listened to the stats spoken about by Roger, you are hardly likely to know WPTs prospects. He didn’t say that EVs we’re not a “threat” in the future, he just stated that the future for EVs re WPT were so far in the future, that they were not worth factoring in, in the investment process for X numbers of years. The greater threat for WPT earnings is the 3-4% increase in adjusted earnings per annum if interest rates increase and reduce this premium !
