They're also looking at diversifying their property portfolio - it's not as though they're locked into service stations exclusively or forever and have recently made some sizeable strategic sales at a fairly optimal time.
I have confidence that management will be all over the transition to EVs and will continue to manage assets accordingly. Definitely will be a subject I will be interested in hearing about at their updates, but as far as I'm concerned, they seem to be willing to pivot as required (yes, I hold and am probably biased).
