They're business competitors in a tough market. Klarna claims 37 mil customers, 1 in 4 in the US, has a subscription model and is looking for avenues outside BNPL ZIP claims customer numbers at about 10%.
Tough European BNPL regulations favour a listing on the NYSE and the US is Klarna's biggest market. It may be in the 1st qtr of the 25 FY - shareholders are getting desperate. If it is successful it will be huge and IMO it will eat ZIP up very quickly with a takeover. ZIP directors know it
