In response to the '5% chance of success' claim, I should have added that Stuart's presentation also reaffirmed:

> SE is above the 'known gas to' level.
> Geological analysis clearly shows WE and SE are connected.
> Discoveries by various companies to date confirm the gas-bearing sands thicken and bear more gas the further south and east you go in the fairway.

Now none of that guarantees success at SE, but it sure as hell dispels any claims that there is only a five per cent chance of finding gas at SE.

Tooter, I'm clearly addressing your claim. I welcome contrarians, but only if they produce evidence to back their assertions. I look forward to you providing evidence over and above 'it could be water-filled' and 'the chance of success is five per cent'. Neither of those statements are supported by the evidence provided by Stuart's presentation and repeated in my posts today.
