My guess is that the new Friedland spac that is being listed in the us is going to be used to fund this sunrise project, A us listing promoted as battery technology will easily raise the funds needed to build out this plant, the clq listing can be retained for the water business , to be seen how the deal is done , maybe issue spac shares to coq holders or a cash/equity sale , either way he is raising a bunch of money that sounds like it is for clq type business ...
