I think way better to cap raise when we aren't going to get smacked by it. I think it is one of the cleanest I have seen or been involved in. No real impact on present holders because the value is seen by subscribers and the company pays down debt and ramps up processing.

52c stock cap raised at 48c- and oversubscribed. That's ballsy. I am so glad it wasn't raised at 35c or something ridiculous so that today we would be bleeding on the pavement.
