There haven't been any fears or rumours, even the announcement said no issues were apparent.

This is something that CC had said there was 'no need' to do in the past, and nothing in the announcement points out a need. Moreover, giving an almost 10% discount, on a looking successful large company very near its recent lows doesn't look to have much point except enrich those getting in now.

Still us long term holders got a 'thanks' in the announcement. Good to know our funding when their prospects and POG weren't as good is appreciated (in words, not financially from this offer)...
