Yes that must be a driver of the relative performance.......quite ironic really as BSX's Vietnam location is actually an advantage given its proximity to South Korea, Japan and China. Not too mention the power and labour cost savings.
I also think many have missed BSX's ultimate goal to make its Vietnam battery metals refinery its first of a larger global strategy. Of course we need to crawl before we walk on this strategy but it gets me excited nonetheless.
