Yes yes and yes, but the major issue in comparison IMO in the sovereign risk - and I know everyone say that there isn't any, but unfortunately, it is a 'perception' if nothing else - obviously nowhere near as bad as some other places, but still a potential drag and the SP despite the numerous other benefits.
