I think the key word in that point is “unprocessed”. We will not be exporting “unprocessed” graphite concentrates. Whether or not we produce other value-added graphite products in Tanzania remains to be seen, but as I see it, this is a non-issue.
I think Magnis could have better worded that point of their announcement, but perhaps that was their intention, to muddy the waters a little bit and attempt to create a little bit of doubt for other Tanz-based graphite hopefuls.
