IMO - Yes.
I wouldn't be surprised to see the offer price changed come time of the deal being able to go through. If EZCORP still only want a controlling stake that is.
I am more of the opinion that if the irrational market over reaction continues, and the SP remains at or below the CP, a full take over could quite well be on the cards.
Hell, why not buy the entire company for a little more than you were prepared to by 1/3!
BTW - I own the stock, and I bought more today. DYOR.
