Relaxan you make excellent points.
The only thing I would add, is this, it will not be easy for EZCORP to get out of CCV. It is a substantial holder already in CCV. It may break the upcoming deal and surely there will be a break up cost associated to EZCORP. It however will be harder to get out of its share positions it already has in CCV. It will have to sell at a loss to its acquisition price. I think what may happen is a rejigging of the deal at a lower price, maybe substantially lower. There should still be break costs that come to CCV. In the end you would hope that renegotiations come to a more sensible agreement with the Federal government. If not there will be substantial store closures and loss of jobs. Mark it down as another Labor blunder.
