DKR started selling october 2007. Since then a total of 18,58 million shs were traded. DKR sold 7.4 million shs which means 40% of total sales! Volume is also affected by traders and short term investors which makes the impact of DKR even bigger.
When smart money, QVT, funded TZ in february and announcements in may and june made clear that Intevia was being accepted as an innovative breakthrough technology the stock was ready for AUD10+. We had high volume trading days around 5AUD but DKR was aggresively selling. And DKR alone. Long term investors bought at this level and they will not sell now.
Only now will announcements have an impact on the share-price and we can look forward for the masterplan to bring us to Nasdaq. Management has put the money where the mouth is. Isn't that the strongest buy signal in investing?
