In a sense it matters little when they float in the period from Nov to end of Jan. They have to avoid the retrospective QVT interest payment and certainly avoid the dilution that would otherwise occur if they did not raise funds to remove the QVT notes prior to their due date. It may provide a little more time to add additional revenue for the model but equally those few weeks (and potential added revenue) could be used to support a post IPO share price.

As VDM says, 40% of the overall trade in the past year was Oasis. Most of the remaining 60% was churn so the net effect of Oasis selling was even higher.
