Appears by that article, we have lost our AGC Profond block. Ophir have been sitting on this block since the failure of Kora. Was hoping Ophir would walk and we could pick up operatorship of AGC Profond block, as per Hunt's walk from our Senegal blocks. By memory the PSC period expired in September, very surprised that Ophir/Far let AGC go, especially after FAN 1 discovery, as the shelf runs through these blocks to the south. Ophir have had plenty of time to cast an eye over the block, after the dud that was Kora.
Noticed that AGC Profond was not in the last couple of presentations, but no word yrt from management about the loss??. AGC Profond block is huge, at nearly 10,000 km2.

Approximately 1000 km2 of 3D seismic on a non exclusive

basis was acquired across the AGC Profound permit at no
cost to the Joint Venture.
This survey was completed in March 2013. Subsequent to this survey,
the Joint Venture has focussed on processing seismic data and
technical evaluation of the block’s prospectivity. The current permit
period ends in September 2014 and the joint venture has discussed
with the regulator possible variations to the existing Production
Sharing Contract terms to include an extension of this term.
