Surely the only people suggesting that Afferro will take over SDL are SDL Afferro shareholders...they also want to take over the world...lol..or those UK based journalists who continually try and talk up the stock as they have a vested interest in the stock.....this would be a worse situation than dealing with Howlong IMO...certainly not in SDL interest...why would that Major Steel company walk away from a deal with Afferro...
Afferro are a very small cap company 30mill pounds and the last comment from them about SDL was that they had tried to approach to a few of SDL shareholders but not management. This comment was made just after SDL had closed their books and were trying to choose a short list of potential strategic partners...
