thanks for your posts they have been very helpful, I wonder if you or anyone else could help me with thoughts on a couple of items.

As mentioned I am new so apologies if these questions have already been covered:

- Do you see the cash position of the company impeding future deals moving ahead? From a customers perspective you wouldn't sign up with a vendor if you thought their cash position was precarious. Understand SOL has moved forward, are there other up front cash payments that are imminent that would defer the need for a CR. I think Tv2 monthly cash burn would be circa 300-400K.

- Does the Tv2 offering have a competitive advantage over big players like Netflix / Google who also deliver content via the internet?

I see a lot of deals out there and huge potential here, but just trying to cross check a couple of other items
