I think that is a very valid point @kevscranes.  
New management would have been it copping from all sides regarding releases to market, but, they have stuck to their guns and only seem to be  releasing when they know everything in the market announcement is watertight and therefore can not only be relied upon but will have the confidence of the market of execution imo.
I honestly dont think it will take much to get this up to where we should be in that 3-4 cent range imo pgas and divan would do it confirming three revenue streams.
