    14k US doesn't seem to big a deal, seems like a friendly outcome in the end. Who knows what the hold ups were/are. Not long ago they said they were finalizing the prices, as I said then seems more to it than that. If it doesn't go ahead by when they said, was it July? Serious answers need to be forthcoming.
