Blackgold 3 steps to curbing inflation

(1) Housing - no more pension for anyone living in a expensive house! ie include ALL assets when calcing welfare benefits. This will force old grannies who are sitting in million$ mansions in Sydney / Melbourne to rent out their property and go live in a nursing home or with their chidlren, who will look after them! (no more 20 year old skeletons!). This will open the supply of homes to rent, reducing rents!!

(2) Food - It's actually good that some foods are increasing in price, for too long farmers have been doing it tough. The actual problem is with food retailers ie woolies atc .. we nned a price watch system likewith fuel prices .. and more competition .. more ALDI'es.

(3) Energy - WHOOPY!!! higher fuel means higher profits for energy companies!! YEH!! .. err!?? .. I mean to say, Forget going Green for the time being, it will just push up energy costs .. Australia is NOT a major producer of green house gases! The Goverment MUST find out why Diesel costs so much??? It's simplier to make but sells for more than petrol????????????????????????????. Government must also reduce the fuel tax.

(4) Wages - If the government isn't careful, workers will demand higher wages and then we're all screwed! government should link tax cutes to salary restrain.
