Having seen similar situations with other listed resource stocks, at times it may unfortunately appear as if the discretionary powers are sometimes used with overly subjective determination resulting in varying outcomes as to what may 'suffice' in particular circumstances.

Back years now there were some angry shareholders who would've likely preferred NIU go to the wall rather than see Tracey succeed.. wouldn't surprise me if some still carry chips!
No dount there;s a lot of history behind all that too.. but were the ASX to make current share holders innocently suffer- well imo that sucks.
2020 was certainly a year like no other, but if we're still seeing quarterly reports and even positive cash-flow quarters then hopefully we're not done yet. just remember, imo only
