The Listing Rules provide ASX with the power to suspend an issuer’s securities where it is necessary to maintain market integrity. ASX is satisfied that the suspension of NIU’s securities remains necessary given ongoing enquires regarding NIU’s compliance with the Listing Rules. ASX’s enquires are ongoing and are necessarily confidential. When NIU is in a position to update the market about the situation it will do so by way of an appropriate market release on the ASX market announcements platform.
We really haven't been told anything at all. nobody knows why we are suspended .... i believe now its due to the money in the bank... they need to raise at 1m AUD.
