I agree with that reasoning- I doubt anything is imminent- I just see a big complicated churn on all fronts-
I usually start with looking at who makes money from the process-

The problem with all these class actions getting anywhere is that no one has got any money to take-
Logically that poses a huge problem.

It is always good to take the emotions out of these things- possibly have a look at the time frames on some of the class actions that have been fought won/lost- in the past-
