I wouid say they were prepared to sell at 39 before the end of the tax year if anybody wanted them, or otherwise they were not selling.
Probably as simple as that.
39 has been the mid point price for over a month now.
Im interested in the 4c now to see how AEM is tracking, which sets the floor for the stock price.
The FAA decision remains the wildcard, if it is positive you will never again be able to buy this stock for less than 50 cents.
