Yes I agree, strange by halves the entire look of it, fairly recent history has shown GGP at the press of a button can increase the bid side instantly by better than 30million to a total prop of 50mil...combined with the general feel of the by/sell side as you say I will be watching for the spike come ann if the sell side stays visibly un-propped.
These things just don't happen for the hell of it on GGP everytime in the 6 months I have been watching there has been a volume and/or price objective, hope the direction if something plays out is the good direction:)
