So many posters seem obsessed with total automation and the image of people-less operations....it won't happen - here or anywhere else...have you ever noticed the number of workers around any roadworks? It may appear they are just leaning on shovels, but there's all the aspects of health and safety and quality control that people are necessary for being done. As for the third world - they like to spread the wealth around - that is why whoever has a job also has a house cleaner or gardener. It's not about status. It's about community. What I'm saying is don't expect Fbr to make money by saving on labour costs...it won't and can't....imo.
