its a sly slide is slide 19. a quick glance and you might be able to convince yourself OPEX is $100/t, but sorry to say it DOUBLE that...
there are 2 OPEX components on the slide -the original OPEX of $100/t a ton PLUS an "OPEX rise" of $100/t. making total current OPEX $200/t.
