implementation agreement signed

Yep at long last the Implementation Agreeemnt has been signed and I see no evidence that Vanteck will exist on Pinnacles share register following the meeting (or very quickly therefafter).

I thought that had been indicated at being in 2006, so this is much better news for the PCE minority of true believers.

Looks like PCE might actually get going again. Not for your life savings but a reasonable medium term bet I'd say.
