Had a quick look at the CNX announcement yesterday. I didn't learn much more than I already knew about their progress and plans BUT I did get some superb verification of CXY's revenue projections.
CNX have secured $2 million per year for 5MW, so even on a straight multiplication basis, CXY's 400 MW should earn $160 million per year, which is smack in line with their public forecasts. There are also good commercial reasons why a larger supply total (i.e. 400MW rather than 5MW)would secure a better rate per MWh, but I place no emphasis on this at this stage.
For me though, whilst the revenue side of CXY was not so important as securing the funding itself (something I personally have absolutely no worries about anyway but recognise that others do) the confirmation that the revenue side is looking good, is very very good news.
