I am really interested in how CXY are going to reach the 400MW capacity, and do so consistently. The control systems for something like this must be fairly complex and would require some time to develop and test. Has this been taken into account in their current plans? I mean if they want run this thing at capacity consistently over a long period of time they must have a pretty robust control system inexistence to do so.

Any thoughts?
